Overview
The Billing Overview page in the MSP Console gives you a consolidated view of all clients and their assigned service tiers. From here you can review and update each client’s plan without leaving the MSP Console. Navigate to Settings → Billing Overview in the MSP sidebar.Client Billing Table
The billing table lists all your client organizations with the following columns:| Column | Description |

Service Tiers
Each client is assigned a service tier that reflects the level of service they receive from your MSP.| Tier | Typical Use |

| Professional | Growing businesses, advanced monitoring |
| Enterprise | Large organizations, full feature access |
Service tiers in the Billing Overview are for your internal tracking and client invoicing purposes. StatusStack bills your MSP organization directly — you set your own client-facing pricing.
Updating a Client’s Service Tier
Click Edit
Click the edit action (pencil icon) on the client row, or click the client name to open their billing record.
Select New Tier
Use the Service Tier dropdown to select the new plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).

Your MSP Invoice
StatusStack bills your MSP organization based on your overall account agreement. The service tiers in the Billing Overview are for your internal client management — they help you track what level of service each client is on so you can align it with your own invoicing.Client-Facing Pricing
You set your own prices when billing your clients. Common MSP pricing models include:- Per-client flat rate — Fixed monthly fee per client regardless of services
- Tiered pricing — Different rates for Starter/Professional/Enterprise clients
- Usage-based — Bill based on number of monitored components or stacks
- Bundled services — Include StatusStack monitoring as part of a larger MSP service package
