Overview

The Maintenance Calendar gives you a consolidated view of all scheduled maintenance events from your monitored services. When a service you monitor (AWS, Cloudflare, GitHub, etc.) announces a maintenance window, it appears automatically in your calendar so you can plan around it. Navigate to MonitoringMaintenance in your dashboard sidebar.

Calendar View

The default view is an interactive calendar showing upcoming and past maintenance events from all your monitored sources. Events are color-coded by status:
StatusColorMeaning
ScheduledBlueMaintenance is planned and upcoming
In ProgressYellowMaintenance is currently running
CompletedGreenMaintenance finished successfully
CancelledGrayMaintenance was cancelled
Click any event on the calendar to see its full details, including:
  • Source name and link
  • Maintenance title and description
  • Scheduled start time and expected duration
  • Current status

List View

Switch to the List tab to see maintenance events in a sortable, filterable table. Table columns:
  • Source — Which service the maintenance is for (with logo)
  • Title — Maintenance title as reported by the service
  • Status — Current status badge

  • Duration — Expected length of the maintenance window
Filters:
  • Status — Filter by scheduled, in-progress, completed, or cancelled
  • Source — Filter to a specific service
  • Date Range — View events within a custom date window

From the maintenance list, you can download individual events as .ics files to add to your calendar manually. Click the download icon on any event row to save the event file.

Plan Requirements

The Maintenance Calendar is available on all plans. Maintenance notifications (receiving alerts about upcoming maintenance windows) require an eligible paid plan. If you’re on a free plan, you’ll see the calendar with upcoming maintenance events but won’t receive proactive notifications. Upgrade from your AccountPlans page to enable notifications.

How Maintenance Data Is Collected

Maintenance events are sourced directly from the official status pages and APIs of your monitored services. StatusStack polls these sources regularly and imports maintenance announcements automatically — no manual entry required. Events appear in your calendar as soon as the service provider announces them, typically days to weeks in advance.
