Adding a Credit Card

Go to Billing

Settings → Billing → Payment Methods

Add Card

Click “Add Payment Method”Enter card details (PCI compliant)

Verify

$1 authorization (refunded immediately)

Invoices

Viewing Invoices

Access all past invoices:
  1. Settings → Billing → Invoices
  2. View itemized charges
  3. Download PDF
  4. Email to accounting
Invoice includes:
  • Subscription charges
  • Usage-based fees
  • Tax (if applicable)
  • Payment method
  • Transaction ID

Billing Cycle

Monthly billing:
  • Charged on same day each month
  • Pro-rated for mid-month changes
  • Failed payments retry automatically
Annual billing:
  • Save 10-20% with annual commitment
  • Single annual invoice
  • Available on Pro and Enterprise

Failed Payments

Retry schedule: 
Day 0: Payment fails → Email sent
Day 3: First retry
Day 7: Second retry
Day 14: Account suspended
