List active provider impact advisories
Services the organization tracks that publish a dependency on an infrastructure provider currently reporting an incident. Advisories are derived from confirmed dependency links at alerting impact tiers and are computed live, so one disappears when the provider recovers rather than being retracted. An advisory is a hedge, never a confirmed outage at the named service — that service’s own status remains authoritative.

API keys support version compatibility:
- v1 keys: Can only access v1 endpoints
- v2 keys: Can access both v1 and v2 endpoints
Available permissions:
read: View resources (GET requests)write: Create and update resources (POST, PUT requests)delete: Delete resources (DELETE requests)admin: Administrative access to all resources*: Wildcard permission (all actions allowed)
